Kala Nea is an adorable authentic little house, nearly 200 years old, being completely renovated in 2015. The house is very accessible : only a few steps to consider to the house (rare in Hydra !) and a 2 minute walk away from the sea having a jetty to swim off. The town can easily be reached along the coastal road taking about 10 minutes by foot or by sea taxi (3 minutes).
The master bedroom has incredible views of the sea. There is also a 2nd bedroom (1 single bed) and an office-studette (with 1 possible extra bed for a kid). There is also a modern bathroom (shower), kitchen with all necessary utensils (but no washing machine available) and a cosy winter lounge. Includes Hifi CD player and radio, CDs/books, dock Bose for iphone, WiFi.
Outside offers a large terrace and spectacular views towards Dokos and the Peloponnese, letting you enjoy wonderful sunsets every evening. Consists of an outside kitchen, seating for all and a Weber BBQ.
The house is stylish with a charming style of mixed modern and antique furniture. The house includes a/c (heating during winter) plus ceiling fans with all modern conveniences. Grocery stores and restaurants in Kamini are just 2 minutes away.
Please note: beach towels are not included. It is also a non-smoking house.
