The villa was refurbished in 2022 and it blends into the green natural environment in the most respectful way. Its modern Cycladic architecture combines perfectly with the lush vegetation on which the centenary olive trees stand out.
The luxurious Villa has a double view to the sea and extends over three different levels that can either interact or keep their privacy by choice.
The guests can enjoy the spacious outdoors, the relaxing pool area, and the rejuvenating Jacuzzi, while socializing in the BBQ or the outdoor dining area.
Villa Mati consists of 6 bedrooms in total and it can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
The main house indoors area is 280m² and it includes three master bedrooms with a sea view, ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, modern furnished living room, and external dining lounge.
In a slightly lower level below the main house, there are three independent Guest House Rooms, fully equipped with a view to the petit olive grove, which offer easy and private accommodation.
Outside you will find the infinity pool, where you can relax in a tranquil atmosphere and relish the view of the bays of Kalafatis and Kalo Livadi, especially in full moon. Private area and Jacuzzi are also provided.

Rental Rules
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Non-refundable settlement is 60 days prior to arrival.
Maximum occupancy is 12 adults. Standard rate is for 12 persons. Two extra persons can sleep at the price of 200 euros per person per day.
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Check-in time: 15:00 - Checkout time: 10:00.
A security deposit corresponding to the first night price according to the season has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
