Our space is a fully equipped ground-floor apartment in a calm residential pocket of Palaio Faliro, offering absolute comfort and an unusually airy atmosphere thanks to its 4-meter original ceilings, able to accommodate up to 4 people in 56m2 of interior space and 25m2 of covered front terrace plus direct access to a private garden. Our home features tall shutter-windows on every aspect, white walls and marble floors throughout, and opens directly onto a mature garden of citrus trees, roses, hibiscus and a hammock between the trees, a private green pocket that is genuinely rare this close to central Athens.
The apartment is laid out on a single level (four marble steps up from the garden path to the front door). The bedroom has a queen bed, a full wall of wardrobes for longer stays, garden-facing windows and French doors that open straight back into the dining room when you want everything to flow as one space.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen sits under the same 4m ceiling, a comfortable gray sofa that converts to a double bed for two extra guests, a dining table for four, and a galley kitchen with marble backsplash, oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle, sandwich press and a full set of cookware, tableware and glassware for four.
