Positive: The view was absolutely immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, and the private pool was just perfect. The pool was cleaned whenever we requested, and the beds were changed daily, which made the stay feel really well looked after. The cleaner was amazing, so polite, attentive, and happy to help with every request we had. Thank you so much. The reception team, including Stratos, were also excellent. They organised our airport transfer and offered other helpful services throughout our stay. It would be great if there was a shuttle service available for trips up and down the hill, especially on arrival, departure, and in the evenings, as it can be a bit of a challenge. The two staircases they’ve built are really helpful, but I’d still highly recommend hiring an ATV to make getting around easier. Thanks again, I honestly can’t wait to come back.
