A cosy 3-bedroom maisonette in beautiful green surroundings, located just 250m from the beach and a short walk from Skala Fourkas. The house offers 85sqm of living space on 3 levels and can comfortably sleep up to 7 persons. The maisonette features an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine, and WC. Free WIFI is available. With plenty of outdoor space, including balcony, patio and lovely private garden with BBQ and gate, this is an ideal family option.
Although part of a holiday complex, this 3-bedroom maisonette offers a 20sqm private turfed garden area secured with a gate, making it an ideal holiday base for one or two families with small children to explore the beautiful area and beaches around Fourka and beyond.

The ground floor consists of an open-plan living room with smart TV and fully equipped kitchen with dining and sitting area.
The kitchen features both a conventional oven with cooktop and microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, kitchenware and crockery.
This level has access to a lovely private patio with outdoor sitting area to relax with a coffee in the morning or evenings, or to enjoy freshly cooked meals. An outdoor ceiling fan has been installed in this area to provide a cooler environment during hotter days.
The underground level consists of a bedroom with one single sofa bed (which can convert to double) and a double bed and the main bathroom with shower and washing machine. This level is naturally cool in the summer, with no need for air-conditioning, while windows allow in natural light and ventilation.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. One of the single beds is slightly elevated and is accessed by a 3-step ladder (similar to a bunker bed but lower with no bed underneath). Both of these bedrooms are air-conditioned and both have access to a balcony. The main bedroom balcony has outdoor furniture and a wooden pergola, with beautiful green views of the surrounding area. A WC is also available on the first floor.

The house is suitable for family holidays, as children and infants are welcome. A baby playpen (cot) and baby high chair is available for use.
Child safety gates have been installed on both stairs.
