Positive: This is a superb apartment, in very central Yerevan, super comfortable and very large with a fabulous view of Mt Ararat. The big plus for me was the large pool - perfect in the heat! Host very responsive and helpful.
Negative: Kitchen very poorly equipped. Barely any crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. For a short stay (we were there 5 days) one doesn't expect to have to buy tea towels, washing up liquid, etc. Salt and pepper, a little cooking oil, etc would be helpful.
Summary: highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.
